Gowa, karebaindonesia.id – Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI) Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan menunjuk Zulfikar sebagai Ketua KAMMI Daerah Gowa perioode 2020-2022.

Penunjukkan Zulfikar sebagai Ketua berdasarkan melalui surat keputusan Nomor.001/SK/B/KUi/PW22/KAMMI/XII/2020.

Atas keputusan tersebut, Ketua KAMMI Daerah Gowa sebelumnya Ahmad Siddiq Abdurrahman memberikan harapan atas penunjukkan ketua baru tersebut.

“Semoga dapat membawa KAMMI Gowa ke arah yang lebih baik dan dapat menjadi Pelayan Masyarakat Gowa,” katanya saat diwawancarai karebaindonesia.id hari ini, 21 Desember 2020.

Tambahnya, dia yang akrab disapa Abang Siddiq ini merasa bahwa tujuan penunjukkan ketua baru KAMMI Daerah Gowa ini sebagai upaya terbaik memajukan roda organisasi dalam tubuh organisasi pergerakan tersebut.

“Mohon maaf belum dapat berbuat banyak terhadap KAMMI Gowa. Semoga dapat menjadi contoh muslim negarawan. Pucuk pimpinan bukanlah arena pertarungan. Kemajuan roda organisasi adalah pertaruhan. Insyaallah saya bisa lebih fokus untuk amanah-amanah yang lain,” tambahnya.

Sebelumnya, Ahmad Siddiq Abdurrahman yang menjabat sebagai ketua KAMMI Daerah Gowa sebelumnya tidak kunjung melaksanakan amanah musyawarah yakni pelantikan.

Atas problematika tersebut, Pengurus KAMMI Wilayah Sulsel melakukan upaya penyegaran dengan membatalkan dan melakukan evaluasi atas surat penunjukan ketua sebelumnya.

Sekretaris Jenderal KAMMI Sulsel, Irfan Basyo mengatakan bahwa pergantian dilakukan sebagai upaya penyegaran dalam pengurusan organisasi KAMMI di kabupaten Gowa yang memegang KAMMI Komisariat yaitu STAI Al-Azhar, Teknik UNHAS dan UIN Alauddin Makassar.

“Kami ambil langkah tegas, menunjuk saudara Zulfikar sebagai ketua KAMMI Gowa Periode 2020- 2022,” ungkapnya.[]
